The new and improved, self-sufficient Single Address Ticket application will launch for our excavation community AUGUST 5th. The improved application will allow for IMMEDIATE processing and delivery of the excavation/demolition notice.  No more waiting for NC811 to view and process the notice on your behalf.  The confirmation locate request number will be presented to you directly on the screen!  Email Confirmations will continue to be sent as well.

Single Address Ticket can be used by a homeowner or contractor to request to have utility lines marked at a single address. The form is designed for simple requests. No training needed.

These tickets are reviewed and approved by North Carolina 811 before they are sent out. If there are any problems with the information provided on the SAT ticket, the excavator is notified to contact the center and the ticket is aborted.

Single Address Tickets are valid for 15 business days and will need to be updated on the 12th business day.  The ticket only needs to be updated if the excavation will continue past the 15 business days. The Good Thru and Update By dates are listed at the bottom of your email confirmation. See the example below.

Design/Survey and Emergency tickets may not be processed through this program.
